Experience

Research Assistant (Currently remote)
Institute for Quantum Optimization - Hamburg

Conducted my master's thesis research and internship at the Institute for Quantum Inspired and Quantum Optimization, focusing on extending the Decoded Quantum Interferometry (DQI) algorithm to weighted linear satisfiability problems.


Our research was conducted independently of and in parallel with a recently published paper that used a similar approach. As a result, I am currently working with my supervisor to refocus our research on a different aspect of the algorithm.


Work involves:

  • Theoretical analysis and mathematical proof development,
  • Algorithm design and complexity analysis,
  • Problem formulation grounded in extensive literature review,
  • Supporting numerical simulations using Python.

  • Leveraging AWS cloud services to architect and manage data pipelines.
  • Designing and implementing ETL processes.
